are famous for.
All our steaks except the Chef’s Specials are cut from the finest
quality King Island beef, lazy-aged and grilled with our own secret spices,
sauces and bastings, to enhance the natural flavour and bring out the
best in the beef.
There is a steak to suit every appetite - for the not so hungry
to the ravenous - on our menu. Our juicy fillet tenderloin is ideal for
a petite appetite, or if it’s a man-size hunger, then dare to attempt
either our meaty Mixed grill - consisting of a rack of finger licking
ribs, a juicy steak, tender lamb cutlets and a tangy beef sausage, topped
with a fried egg, sunny side up - or try the succulent man-size
1kg Man ‘O War rump!
How to order the correct temperature of your steak:
- Blue: For the real connoisseur, very rare usually
served with a sauce. Served on a hot plate.
- Rare: Just grilled on the outside.
Very juicy and pink on the inside
- Medium Rare: Grilled on the outside,
all charred, but still pink and juicy in the centre
- Medium: Grilled
through, but still pinkish in the cintre
- Medium Well: Almost destroyed...
But cooked right through.
If you desire a leaner steak or a steak
with no basting, please inform your waiter.
