Effective Date: 21 March 2017
Until 23.59 AEST 30 June 2017, Ribs and Rumps will have two Rewards Programs in market.
From 1 July 2016, The Frequent Diner Card will no longer accept new members and the Program will be terminated at 23.59 AEST 30 June 2017. At this date, any current members (with the exception of Corporate and Concierge members) of the Frequent Diner Card Program who have not already joined The Tribe, will forfeit their membership and any existing Rewards. All unused and unexpired FDC Cashback Credit for members of the Frequent Diner Card Program, including those who have transferred to The Tribe, will expire on 30 June 2017. During the period 1 July 2016 – 30 June 2016, rewards earned under the Frequent Diner Card Program will still be subject to expiry, 12 months from the date of earning the reward.
Current Frequent Diners Card members are able to transfer to The Tribe Rewards Program at any time from 1 July 2016, by downloading the Ribs and Rumps App and logging into The Tribe Loyalty section using their current Frequent Diners Card details. Their membership and any existing benefits including their reward earn rate will be automatically transferred over to The Tribe Rewards Program as at that date and their membership will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of The Tribe Reward Program from that date. Any FDC Cashback Credit that is transferred to The Tribe Reward Program will have an expiry date of 12 months from the date the rewards were earned and will no longer be available to redeem after this date.
By requesting to join The Tribe Rewards Program, registering or using your Membership and/or using any benefits from the Program, you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are effective as of the above date and may be amended by Ribs and Rumps from time to time and published on the Ribs and Rumps website.
These Terms and Conditions form the basis of The Tribe Rewards Program. Members may only participate in The Tribe Rewards Program in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and it is the Member’s responsibility to read and understand them.
Frequent Diners Card and The Tribe Rewards Program is operated by Endless Rewards on behalf of Ribs and Rumps.
An individual is deemed to be a member of The Tribe Rewards Program when they sign up to the Program via the App or send a request to email@example.com to join and have been supplied a membership registration number. Use of the Program including requesting to join, registering your Membership, using your Member or any Rewards is deemed acceptance by the Member of the Program Terms and Conditions.
Membership is open to individuals and approved business organisations with a valid and unique email address who are 16 years and older. Membership is not open to Ribs and Rumps staff members.
At any time, members can only have one Ribs and Rumps loyalty membership. Membership is not transferrable and may not be used by any person other than the Member.
It is the responsibility of the Member to update their personal details and ensure their details are valid. A member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to Ribs and Rumps.
A member is deemed active if they have transacted at least once within a consecutive 12-month period. If a members’ account does not reflect any transactions with a 12-month consecutive period, then membership will be deemed to be inactive and any accumulated Rewards will expire. Once Rewards have expired or been cancelled they cannot be reinstated.
Ribs and Rumps may cancel membership at any time without notice for any reason at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to if a person engages in a derogatory or inappropriate manner, if the member fails to comply with these terms & conditions, supplies any misleading information, makes misrepresentation to Ribs and Rumps or any participating store or abuses any privilege afforded to the member. If a membership is terminated from the Ribs and Rumps rewards program, all outstanding and future rewards will then be rendered invalid and will be considered null and void.
Ribs and Rumps may, in its absolute discretion, make any changes to the Program at any time including cancel, terminate, modify or suspend The Tribe Rewards Program. Ribs and Rumps will give Members notice of any change to the Terms and Conditions by updating the Terms and Conditions on the Ribs and Rumps Website. Accordingly, it is the Member’s obligation to regularly check the Ribs and Rumps website for updates. Continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of any changes.
Rewards earned or redeemed are not redeemable for cash.
Members must present their Tribe digital membership card on the Ribs and Rumps App for all transactions and only one digital membership card per transaction is permitted.

Rewards can only be earned and redeemed at participating Ribs and Rumps stores within Australia on presentation of your digital membership card.
Ribs and Rumps reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from earning or redeeming Rewards.
All Rewards have an expiry date at which point they will no longer be available for redemption. Ribs and Rumps reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without prior notice.
In these Terms and Conditions, “Ribs and Rumps” means Ribs And Rumps Operating Company Pty Ltd (ACN 151 600 305).
Ribs and Rumps will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with The Tribe Reward Program including that incurred in the provision of Rewards. Ribs and Rumps does not accept any liability whatsoever, including for negligent acts or omissions, with respect to a breach of these terms by Ribs and Rumps, the loss of a Member’s digital membership card, or any other loss, injury or damage suffered by a Member in connection with the Reward Program.
Members are able to opt out of Marketing Communication by contacting Ribs and Rumps or unsubscribing to email communication. Members acknowledge that they will still receive Program service notices when required even when they are unsubscribed from marketing communication.
These terms and conditions apply to the Ribs and Rumps Loyalty program in Australia, and membership benefits do not apply to any Ribs and Rumps outlet outside of Australia. Membership terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there.
