Ribs and Rumps Frequent Diners Card Terms & Conditions
By use of this card you agree to the Ribs and Rumps Rewards Program membership terms & conditions as laid out herewith and any amendments that may occur from time to time.
The Ribs and Rumps Rewards Card is not transferrable and may not be used by any person other than the cardholder.
The Ribs and Rumps Rewards Card is not a credit card or charge card and the rewards earned or redeemed are not redeemable for cash.
The Ribs and Rumps Rewards Card program is run by Endless Rewards on behalf of Ribs and Rumps. The Ribs and Rumps card remains the property of Endless Rewards.Membership An individual is deemed to be a Member of the Ribs and Rumps Rewards program when they sign up on the website and activate their Ribs and Rumps Rewards card or complete a Ribs and Rumps Rewards card application form in-store. Activation of the Ribs and Rumps Rewards card is deemed acceptance by the member of the Terms and Conditions of membership. Membership of the Ribs and Rumps Rewards program is only open to individuals with a valid and unique email address and who are 16 years and older. At any time, members can only have one Ribs and Rumps membership and one corresponding Ribs and Rumps card. Membership is not transferable.
It is the responsibility of the member to update their profile and to ensure their details are valid. The Ribs and Rumps Rewards Card must be presented for all transactions. Only one Ribs and Rumps Rewards Card per transaction is permitted. A member must notify Ribs and Rumps immediately of any change of address or of a lost or stolen membership card. The Ribs and Rumps Rewards Program is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. An administration fee of $5.00 for the replacement of your card is applicable and will be deducted from your Ribs and Rumps Rewards balance. Member Benefits The Ribs and Rumps Reward is offered at the absolute discretion of Ribs and Rumps and Ribs and Rumps reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, vary or in any way change this at any time without prior notice. Ribs and Rumps Frequent Diners cardholders enjoy 5% of the value of every purchase loaded onto their card at Ribs and Rumps stores throughout Australia. The Ribs and Rumps Meat your Match Challenge cardholders enjoy 10% of the value of every purchase loaded onto their card at Ribs and Rumps stores throughout Australia provided they have met the full requirements of The Ribs and Rumps Meat your Match Challenge instore at participating restaurants. The Ribs and Rumps Corporate or Concierge cardholders enjoy 10% of the value of every purchase loaded onto their card at Ribs and Rumps stores throughout Australia. Ribs and Rumps Frequent Diners and Meat your Match challenge cardholders are eligible to receive a $30 birthday voucher on their birthday. Birthday vouchers are only issued to valid unique email addresses and to valid members 16 years and older.
One birthday voucher per member per annum is applicable and is issued up to 10 days prior to a member’s birthday. To prevent misuse or fraudulent activities, the birthday field in a members profile is not editable by the member. Concierge or Corporate members are not eligible for a $30 birthday voucher.
Ribs and Rumps Frequent Concierge or Corporate cardholders are eligible to receive a $30 Welcome voucher on registration.
Ribs and Rumps Frequent Diners members and Meat Your Match Challenge members are not eligible for a $30 welcome voucher.
Ribs and Rumps General Rewards Rules Your Ribs and Rumps Rewards do not expire as long as you remain an active member of the Ribs and Rumps Rewards program. A member is deemed active if they have transacted at least once within a consecutive 12-month period. If a members’ account does not reflect any transactions with a 12-month consecutive period, then membership will be deemed to be inactive and any accumulated Frequent Diners’ Rewards will expire.
